Certified Homeopath & Holistic Nutritionist

My Story

Daiva Rizvi

I was born and raised in Lithuania, and my roots continue to shape who I am today, even after more than two decades in the USA. Experiencing different cultures has brought immense growth and learning into my life.

After moving to the US, I embraced a fast-paced lifestyle and convenience foods, which soon took a toll on my health. The impact became clear when my son was born with digestive issues and eczema. Following my instincts, I returned to my roots to heal him. Today, he is a healthy young man who has never needed antibiotics. My daughter benefited from this knowledge and avoided similar problems.

A three-year experiment with a vegetarian diet led to severe malnourishment and health issues, prompting me to seek help from a naturopath. This journey back to health taught me the importance of prevention through healthy lifestyle choises.

Motivated by these experiences, I became a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Board Certified Classical Homeopath, earning my CHom certification in 2020 at the Homeopathy School International and later obtaining my CCH. I am dedicated to helping others avoid the same mistakes and achieve optimal health.

My Mission

My mission is to help people understand their bodies’ incredible ability to heal and achieve lifelong health without reliance on suppressive medications. I believe true wellness comes from a strong foundation of nutrition, a supportive environment, and the body’s natural healing intelligence.

With so much confusion surrounding health, I aim to simplify both nutrition and homeopathy—making them accessible, effective, and empowering. Through a holistic approach, I guide individuals in using food as nourishment and homeopathy as a catalyst for deep healing and balance.

I work alongside my clients to uncover the root causes of health challenges and support their journey toward optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My passion is helping others unlock their full health potential by restoring harmony within the body.
